Why There Are No REAL Christians

Stumbled upon a thought-provoking and amusing video exploring the question of why Christians don't do what Yeshua supposedly instructed them to do.

New Testament Canonicity Study -- Part 1

(Part 1 of ?) Reading and commenting on "Study Four - The Bible and Its Canon" in the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society's publication "All Scripture is Inspired of God and Beneficial" (mine is the 1983 Edition).

Muhammad Proves He Is Not A Prophet!

Amana Sheikh, a convert to Christianity from Islam, reasoned out that Muhammad was a false prophet. (Here's hoping she'll apply this clear-thinking to her new Christian faith.)

Temple Judaism for Non-Jews, Too!

Contrary to popular Christian belief, non-Jews participated in 1st Century Judaism. A look at an illustration of the Temple Mount in the 1st Century C.E. reveals this.

Celestial Slamtoons (2007)

Check out this slideshow of funnies about Mormonism, taken from the Slamtoons of the Salamander Society website.

Many of these are "inside jokes" that would only mean something to knowledgeable Mormons and ex-Mo's.

Stealing from the Children of Israel

The difference between borrowing and stealing, being a guest and being a squatter.

The Messiah is a Rooster?!

The writing of Rabbi Moshe Shulman demonstrates how the Christian working method of mining the Hebrew Tanakh for so-called "Messianic Prophecies" results in very strange Soteriology (the study of salvation).

Spinning Jesus

Watch a video demonstrating the many costume-changes and make-up jobs that various evangelizing groups will put their idol "Jesus" through in order to seduce people to their idolatry.

The Commitment Pattern

The "Commitment Pattern" is the sales technique that Mormon missionaries are trained to employ during their 2-year missions. Training in this method of "deal-closing" usually lasts for at least 2 months and takes place at the Missionary Training Center in Provo, Utah.

Here are a couple of pages that break this process down for you: a brief discussion and the full shebang. Of course, if you want to go through the whole course, yourself, you can scan Ebay for copies of "The Missionary Guide".

Right now, it's only listing "The Missionary Pal", an unofficial collection of supposed proof-texts for Mormon doctrine, a must-have if you want to get a handle on the sorts of wacky scriptural exegesis your more-"studious" Mormon missionary might throw at you. While you're shopping, you might as well pick up "The Day of Defense", a fictional theological debate between a pair of Mormon missionaries and every other Christian sect under the sun. (Guess who comes out the winners?)

Searching for "missionary discussions" (the 6 hour-long lessons that the "investigator" of Mormonism must sit through) also resulted in no relevant matches. I'm guessing that the official publications that were used by Mormon missionaries, at least during my mission, are snatched off of Ebay as quickly as they appear?

Walk the Walk Before You Talk

Before you face-off with a missionary of any religion, it is important that your own house be set in order:

  • Are you studying the Tanakh and the Oral Tradition as much as you could be? This is where the battle will take place. Know the "lay of the land" before committing yourself to a battle on it. (This might mean giving up some T.V. or sports.) Alternatively, you can go into it ignorant and just "trust HaShem". (Let me know how that goes. It seems to be working for the Christians.)
  • Are you as Torah-observant as you could be? Take on at least one more mitzvah in your daily routine.
  • Are the members of your household won to Torah-observance? Have you demonstrated your caring for loved ones before you start working with strangers?
  • Do you have a clear goal in mind for the next time you encounter a missionary? (e.g., I just want them to leave me alone; I want to persuade them to become more Torah-observant, whether Jewish or not)
  • Is it out of genuine caring for the missionary that you want to show them their error?
When these things are in order, you are ready to learn about the missionaries who will attempt to seduce you to the worship of gods that your Fathers did not know.

Isaiah 53 Lead Me Out of Christianity

A former-Christian convert to Orthodox Judaism (who lives in Jerusalem) was led out of Christianity by Isaiah 53, a passage often appealed to by Christians as a so-called "Messianic Prophecy" of Yeshua of Nazareth.

No One Can Keep All of Those Commandments!

Prescott Johnson, an ex-Christian Noachide, dismisses the Christian argument that no one can observe all of the commandments of the Torah.

Welcome to My Blog!

This blog is dedicated to exposing the "inherited lies, vanity and worthlessness" inherited by people of the Nations and to revealing the long-valued truths of the Torah. (Jeremiah 16:19)

Those who are looking for information to combat the deception carried out by Christian missionaries will find value in this blog.

Meanwhile, check out the valuable resources linked to the left and enjoy the videos from some of my favorite channels on YouTube.
